People all around the world are looking for ways to make more money. With the economy being in a slump, people are looking more and more for money making opportunities. We all know the job market is slim pickings out on the streets. Even people with PHD’s are laid off and are having to basically start a whole new career path. So, people are looking at how to make money online.

Making money online can be a very easy thing to do with a little guidance. There are endless opportunities to make money online. Opportunities range from simply putting something (like a car you no longer want or an antique you stumbled across) on a “For Sale” site, to being a huge manufacturer of a product or thousands of products and using the web site as your advertising medium or sales medium. Let’s say you are right out of high school and you have no experience to qualify for a job. So, you decide to try making money online. How are you going to figure out how to make money online? Or, maybe you are a General Building Contractor who has, due to the slumping economy and the effect it has had on the building industry as a whole, had to lay off all your workers and close your business. Are there opportunities for you? Of course there are!

Making money online can be something that anyone can do. There are many methods to making money online. Here are some:

You can join a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company…this is where you buy a distributorship into a product and sell this item or items. You buy whatever products you sell and you keep the profits yourself. Whoever signed you up to the MLM company makes a percentage off of the products that you buy. Then, when you sign people up under you, you get a percentage of whatever products they buy. And so on and so on.

You can, in the case I mentioned above with the General Contractor, use your experience and your expertise as a way to sell your knowledge…to do this, you would simply make a name for yourself by going to “How To” websites that allow peoples comments and opinions, called “BLOGS”. Here you start offering your knowledge in the form of an article or just a response to someone’s questions. After a while, if you are popular, you can actually demand a price for your “input”.

On these same lines, there are places like SEED.com that will give you a few topics to choose from to write articles on…if they use your article, you get paid. SEED gets the requests for information from many sources and then fulfills those requests through your or other’s articles.

Affiliate Marketing…this is how many, many products on the internet are sold. The way you make money online by being an affiliate is to set up a web page that gets people to come to your web page and from there you send them to someone else’s product. You are basically an advertiser for that product. If the person buys a product, you get a commission from that sale. This is a very easy way to make a lot of money really fast.
